金属有机化学国家重点实验室 学科带头人现状与需求 现有人员 目前学科方向 陆熙炎院士 戴立信院士 麻生明院士 侯雪龙研究员 唐勇研究员 丁奎玲研究员 姜标研究员 施敏研究员 刘元红研究员 陈耀峰研究员 游书力研究员 李玉学副研究员 金属有机，有机合成 不对称催化，有机合成 金属有机，有机合成 不对称催化，有机合成 金属有机，高分子化学 金属有机，有机合成 不对称合成，有机合成 金属有机，有机合成 金属络合物化学 稀土金属络合物化学 不对称催化，有机合成 金属计算化学 发展学科方向 需求计划人数 金属催化的小分子活化 金属络合物及反应化学 后过渡金属有机化学 导向高分子的金属有机化学 金属有机计算化学 前过渡金属有机化学 稀土金属有机化学 主族元素金属有机化学 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 2OO6 年重大记事 一. 完成 2006－2007 年基金项目申请 共资助了 30 个项目，其中有机所 12 个，外单位 18 个，资助总额 113.35 万。 二．中科院创新团队 7 月 10~14 日中国科学院上海有机所“均相催化研究”国际合作伙伴计划团队 在成都召开了团队 2006 年的工作研讨会， 会议邀请到了中国科学院高技术与发展局 化 工 处 白 路 娜 同 志 和 综 合 处 崔 丽 娟 同 志 参 加 。 团 队 海 外 成 员 ： 美 国 The Pennsylvania State University 的张绪穆教授、美国 University of Virginia 的蒲林教授、 美国 The Ohio State University 的王鹏教授、美国 Texas Tech University 的李桂根教 授、香港中文大学的谢作伟教授、香港科技大学的贾国成教授和团队有机所成员： 麻生明、侯雪龙、唐勇、丁奎岭、施敏、刘元红全体共 12 位成员在会上分别作了 20 分钟学术报告，主要交流团队近一年来的工作进展及将来的工作打算。大家一致认 为我们团队现在的合作形式非常好，交叉效果明显，无论是在基础研究方面还是面 向国家需求方面都取得了一定的进展，所以一定要争取更多的支持，保证团队长久 地开展合作研究，以期取得更好地结果。 三 . 组 织 召 开 China-Germany Bilaterial Symposium on Organocatalysis and Certain Aspects of Green Chemistry 和 The 2nd International Forum on Homogeneous Catalysis and The First China-Switzerland Bilateral Symposium on Catalysis 由国家自然科学基金委中德科学研究中心主办，德国 Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung 的 Benjamin List 教授和中科院上海有机化学研究所麻生明教授共 同组织的 China-Germany Bilaterial Symposium on Organocatalysis and Certain Aspects of Green Chemistry 于2006年4月2日~6日在杭州金溪山庄召开。中德科学研究中心德 方常务副主任赵妙根和中方常务副主任陈乐生，上海市科委国际合作处处长傅国庆 和基础处副处长胡睦，中国科学院高技术局化工处白路娜老师以及上海有机所科研 2 处处长傅克洪应邀参加了会议。会议邀请了25名中德科学家参加(德方13名，中方12 名)，会上24名报告人各作了30分钟的学术报告，并安排了5分钟的讨论。在会议期 间与会代表就有机催化及绿色化学的一些关键领域如：有机小分子催化、金属催化， 不对称催化、超临界液体、离子液体、绿色化学过程等方面进行了充分地交流，并 将向中德科学中心提交双方在这一领域的合作项目的课题申请。 在中瑞双方国家自然科学基金委员会和上海有机所资助下，由瑞士 ETH 的 Antonio Togni 教授和我所麻生明研究员共同组织的 The 2nd International Forum on Homogeneous Catalysis and The First China-Switzerland Bilateral Symposium on Catalysis 于 2006 年 9 月 25 日~29 日在苏州市苏州饭店召开，会议邀请到了 20 名科 学家分别作 30 分钟的学术报告，每个报告安排了 5 分钟的讨论。其中中方代表分别 是中国科学院上海有机化学研究所的陆熙炎、林国强、唐勇和侯雪龙研究员，中国 科学院化学所的范青华研究员，香港中文大学的谢作伟教授，苏州大学的沈琪教授， 北京大学的席振峰教授，安徽煤炭师范大学的王磊教授，以及四川大学的冯小明教 授 ； 瑞 士 方 面 代 表 分 别 是 University of Geneva 的 Alexandre Alexakis 和 Peter Kündig 教授，University of Basel 的 Hans-Ulrich Blaser 博士和 Andreas Pfaltz 教授， University of Neuchâtel 的 Thomas R. Ward 教授，ETH 的 Roel Prins 教授和 EPFL 的 Albert Renken 教授；还有日本 Kyoto University 的 Tamejiro Hiyama 教授，西班牙 Universidad de Oviedo 的 José Barluenga 教授 和荷兰 Universiteit Utrecht 的 Gerard van Koten 教授；瑞士 ETH 的 Antonio Togni 教授由于身体原因临时取消了报告。在 会议期间与会代表讨论了均相催化中的若干重要问题，包括配体的设计、筛选，催 化剂的负载以及工业化的过程及应用前景，代表们还就反应试剂的设计、反应过程 的控制，利用新技术对反应机理及过程的研究，以及人工修饰的金属酶的不对称催 化反应等议题展开了深入的讨论。中国科学院上海有机化学研究所、浙江大学和苏 州大学的 40 余名老师和研究生也参加了本次会议。 四. 实验室承担的科研项目运行正常 由吉林大学裘式纶教授和我室麻生明研究员作为首席科学家的 973 项目“创造 新物质的分子工程学研究” 去年通过了结题验收，今年在此基础上我们和吉林大学 3 等单位又共同申请新的 973 项目“物质创造与化学转化过程中的若干前沿科学问题 研究”, 已经获得批准，我们实验室主持了两个子课题“手性分子的构筑及相关规 律研究”和“手性分子的构筑及相关规律研究”。丁奎岭主持申请的基金委重点项目 “手性催化剂负载化中若干新方法研究”和国际合作交流重大项目“不对称催化反 应研究”以及中科院方向性项目“手性诱导、传递与放大中的科学问题研究”今年 已经获得批准，明年开始执行。 以我室学术带头人为主的国家基金委创新研究群体项目“导向有机合成的金属 有机化学” 和国家基金委优秀实验室重点项目“金属催化的有机合成方法学研究” 进展良好，后者还通过了基金委组织的项目中期检查；麻生明、唐勇和侯雪龙研究 员分别主持的基金委重点项目“过渡金属催化的含碳化学键的活化和反应性控制”、 “导向有机合成的杂原子化学”和“有机化学反应中的选择性控制”以及麻生明研 究员主持的基金委国际合作交流重大项目“金属催化的化学键形成和断裂的调节和 控制”今年均进展顺利。 实验室固定人员通过上述等项目的研究，共发表 93 篇论文，其中 SCI 收录 91 篇，I 区论文有 14 篇。同时实验室客座人员在实验室基金资助下共发表 78 篇论文， 其中 SCI 收录 74 篇，I 区论文有 2 篇。 五．对外交流 在基金委的国家重点实验室国际合作项目资助下，实验室今年按计划邀请了美 国 University of Texas at Austin 的 Michael J. Krische 教授来室作短期工作访问，不仅 作了相关的学术报告，还分别与我室科研人员进行了广泛的学术交流。实验室还分 别接待了美国、日本、法国和瑞士等国的 15 位科学家来室访问，并作了 13 个学术 报告。 六．实验室学术委员会工作 实验室今年 10 月 17－19 日在苏州召开了 2006 年度学术委员会会议， 会上荣幸 地邀请到了科学院基础局黄勇副局长和高技术局化工处白路娜老师的参加，他们为 实验室的发展提了不少宝贵的意见和建议。同时本届学术会上很高兴地邀请到苏州 4 大学的沈琪教授和复旦大学的赵东元教授分别作了题为“稀土金属有机配合物催化 内酯开环聚合的研究”和“有序介孔高分子碳的合成与结构”的学术报告。会议就 实验室今后的学术发展方向、优秀人才的引进尤其是金属络合物化学方面的人才引 名学生获中科院研究生院三好学生称号 （叶龙武、舒伟，陈敬金、王庆刚、李跃辉、陆梁华） 郑君成和顾振华 2 位博士获罗氏创新化学奖 5 金属有机化学国家重点实验室学术委员会 第二届第一次会议简报 金属有机化学国家重点实验室第二届学术委员会第二次会议于今年 10 月 17－ 19 日在苏州召开，十八位学术委员中有十五位出席会议，中科院基础局黄勇局长和 高技术局化工处白路娜老师与会指导。会议由实验室学术委员会副主任丁奎岭研究 员主持。这次会议的议程是 1) 室主任作实验室年度工作报告，2) 专家学术报告 和交流，3) 部分课题组工作进展情况汇报，4) 国际学术会议介绍，5)实验室今后 工作讨论。 一.实验室常务副主任唐勇研究员汇报了实验室一年来的工作 唐勇常务副主任首先欢迎并感谢各位领导和专家的到会，并感谢大家在过去一 年中对我们实验室工作的大力指导和支持。然后他汇报了实验室一年来的工作，主 要是研究工作及其水平（包括基础研究、国家需求和研究成果），实验室建设和人才 培养（包括科研梯队、研究生培养和创新文化建设），项目申请及执行，课题管理， 学术活动，存在的问题等六个方面的工作。主要对实验室一年来的重要科研进展作 了较为详尽的报告。 二．专家学术报告和交流 会上由苏州大学沈琪教授和复旦大学赵东元教授分别作了题为“稀土金属有机 配合物催化内酯开环聚合的研究”和“有序介孔高分子碳的合成与结构”两个精彩 的学术报告，与会代表对每一个报告都进行了充分的讨论和交流。 三. 课题组工作进展汇报和讨论 这次会上共有六个课题组进行科研工作进展汇报，分别由上海有机所施敏研 究员(基于联萘胺手性配体的设计合成及应用)、上海有机所陈耀峰研究员(硼杂苯稀 土金属有机化合物的合成及催化性能研究)、上海有机所游书力研究员(布朗酸催化 的不对称傅克反应)、上海有机所唐勇研究员([O-NX]钛配合物在烯烃聚合中的应用)、 大化所余正坤研究员(利用过渡金属卡宾化合物的有机合成与催化研究)和上海有机 所李玉学副研究员(计算化学在金属有机中的应用)到会汇报交流工作。委员们认真 6 听取了他们的进展情况和今后工作设想，并就研究工作中的问题提出了中肯的意见 和建议，进行了广泛的学术交流。 四．国际学术会议介绍和讨论 本次会上共介绍了三个国际会议和两个双边会议的内容： 1、南开大学的王佰全教授介绍了今年 7 月在西班牙召开的 XXII International Conference on Organometallic Chemistry 会议的情况, 重点介绍了大会报告的相 关内容，我室的麻生明研究员在会上做了邀请报告。 2 、 上 海 有 机 所 的 麻 生 明 研 究 员 介 绍 今 年 6 月 在 墨 西 哥 召 开 的 16th IUPAC International Conference on Organic Synthesis 会议的情况, 重点介绍了和金属有 机化学相关的一些大会报告，我室麻生明研究员在会上做了邀请报告。 3 、 上 海 有 机 所 的 丁 奎 岭 研 究 员 介 绍 今 年 7 月 在 日 本 召 开 的 12th International Conference on Polymers and Organic Chemistry 会议的情况。 4、上海有机所的侯雪龙研究员介绍了今年在法国召开的 2006 年中法双边会议和在 中国苏州召开的 2006 年中瑞双边会议的具体情况。 通过这些介绍和讨论，使到会代表及时了解国际上金属有机化学研究的热点和 掌握目前文献还来不及报道的热门学科前沿资料，对拓宽工作思路起到了一定的作 用。 五．今后工作讨论 会上委员们就实验室今后的学术发展方向、优秀人才的引进尤其是金属络合物 化学方面的人才引进工作和实验室如何保持并发展研究特色及优势等方面展开了热 烈讨论，大家一致认为作为一个国家重点实验室，一定要坚持自己的学术研究方向， 要坚持自己的特色，才能保持并增加实验室在国内国际的学术地位和影响力。而目 前国内从事络合物研究的学科带头人比较少，大家都不太愿意做，因为这方面的研 究出成果比较慢，经费难以申请，在当前国内的研究大环境下生存不太容易，因此 实验室要创造条件招聘并培养这方面的人才， 保持实验室在这方面原有的研究特色。 同时大家意识到金属有机中没有研究到的金属还很多，研究范围需拓展。 7 2006～2007 资助课题一览表 序 号 姓 名 单 位 2006-01 陆熙炎 上海有机所 题 目
