Rogers 教授和我室麻生明研究员共同组织的第一届 Joint China-US Green Chemistry Workshop 于 2005 年 5 月 27 日~31 日在北京外国专家大厦召开,会议邀请了 24 名 中美科学家参加(双方各 12 名)。会上每位报告人都作了 30 分钟的学术报告,并安 排了 5 分钟的讨论。在会议期间与会代表就绿色化学的各方面问题进行了充分地交 流。 由中法双方国家自然科学基金委员会主办,法国 Rennes 大学的 Pierre Dixneuf 教授和我室侯雪龙研究员共同组织的 2005 年 China-France Workshop in the Field of 2 Molecular Catalysts and Catalysis 于 2005 年 11 月 2 日~5 日在苏州西山宾馆召开,会 议邀请了 20 名中法科学家参加(双方各 10 名)。会上每位报告人都作了 30 分钟的学 术报告,并安排了 5 分钟的讨论。在会议期间与会代表就分子催化方面进行了讨论 和交流。 四. 实验室承担的科研项目运行正常 由吉林大学裘式纶教授和我室麻生明研究员作为首席科学家的 973 项目“创造 新物质的分子工程学研究” 9 月 6 日-7 日在吉林大学友谊会馆召开了本项目 7 个课 题的结题验收会议,会议高兴地请到了朱道本、袁权、戴立信、佟振合、黄宪、倪 嘉缵和李灿 7 位院士、中科院基础局黄勇副局长、教育部科学技术司雷朝滋副司长 及张斌同志和科技部 973 联合办公室韩苍穹同志作为结题验收会议的专家,项目首 席科学家裘式纶和麻生明教授与专家组成员一起认真听取了每个课题负责人的结题 汇报,会上每个课题汇报 30 分钟,提问讨论 10 分钟。随后,专家组经过认真讨论, 对每个课题进行了逐个评议,并填写了评议表。在此基础上,专家组还对每个课题 给出了具体的验收意见,肯定了每个课题在项目实施过程中取得的成绩,提出了大 家今后努力的方向。10 月 20 日项目首席科学家裘式纶和麻生明教授等参加了科技 部组织的在北京铁道大厦召开的项目结题验收汇报会,会上裘式纶教授汇报了整个 项目 5 年的工作,麻生明教授和于吉红教授分别汇报了项目的两个代表性成果。 唐勇主持的国家“863”计划“新型烯烃聚合催化剂的中试及工业化应用研究” 今年 12 月 28 日在北京验收。 以我室学术带头人为主的题为“导向有机合成的金属有机化学”国家基金委创 新研究群体项目 2005 获得延续资助,资助期限为 3 年,目前进展顺利。另外麻生明 和唐勇研究员分别主持的基金委重点项目“过渡金属催化的含碳化学键的活化和反 应性控制”和“导向有机合成的杂原子化学”以及麻生明研究员主持的基金委国际 合作重大项目“金属催化的化学键形成和断裂的调节和控制”今年也进展顺利。丁 奎岭和施敏研究员主持的中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向性项目“重污染的硝化、 氧化和还原反应清洁新工艺研究与开发”今年进展良好,完成和部分超额完成了项 目结点目标。 实验室今年还新申请到一项由侯雪龙主持的基金委重点项目“有机化学反应中 的选择性控制”,一项由侯雪龙和丁奎岭共同主持的上海市科委重点实验室专项“清 3 洁催化氢化和烯烃氢甲酰化”,一项由施敏主持的上海市科委重点项目“有机功能小 分子催化的反应 ”。另外,香港科技大学化学系副教授贾国成依托实验室申请的国 家基金委杰出青年基金 B“联烯的金属有机化学及其催化反应”项目今年启动。 实验室固定人员通过上述等项目的研究,共发表 126 篇论文,其中 SCI 收录 113 篇,I 区论文有 13 篇。同时实验室客座人员在实验室基金资助下共发表 74 篇论文, 其中 SCI 收录 73 篇,I 区论文有 4 篇。 五.基金委的国家重点实验室国际合作项目资助下的对外交流 在基金委的国家重点实验室国际合作项目资助下,实验室今年按计划邀请了瑞 士 ETH 的 Antonio Togni 教授、荷兰 Univ. of Groningen 的 B. L. Feringa 教授和德国 马普煤炭研究所的 A. Fürstner 教授来室作短期工作访问,不仅作了相关的学术报告, 还分别与我室科研人员进行了广泛的学术交流。 六.实验室学术委员会工作 实验室今年 11 月 29-30 日在海南召开了 2005 年度学术委员会会议, 会上荣幸 地邀请到了科技部和基金委的领导参加,他们为实验室的发展提了不少建设性意见。 同时本届学术会上很高兴地邀请到长春应化所的李悦生研究员和北京大学的王剑波 教授分别作了题为“非茂过渡金属配合物催化烯烃聚合反应”和“卡宾化学的成就 与挑战”的学术报告。会议就实验室今后的学术发展方向、队伍建设和体制机制的 建设展开了热烈讨论。 七.获奖情况 戴立信院士 获宝洁优秀研究生导师奖 唐勇研究员 获中科院优秀研究生指导教师称号 周剑博士 获中科院优秀博士学位论文奖 何绮雯博士 获中国科学院院长奖学金优秀奖 俞瞻前博士 获得全国优秀百篇博士学位论文奖 麻生明研究员 获 OMCOS 13 Award,当选为中国科学院院士 4 金属有机化学国家重点实验室学术委员会 第二届第一次会议简报 金属有机化学国家重点实验室第二届学术委员会第一次会议于今年 11 月 29- 30 日在海南召开,新一届学术委员会的十八位委员中有十四位出席会议,国家科技 部基础司基地建设处黄珍东老师,国家基金委化学部梁文平老师和杜灿屏老师与会 指导。会议由实验室学术委员会主任席振峰教授主持。这次会议的议程是 1) 室主 任作实验室年度工作报告,2) 专家学术报告和交流,3) 部分课题组工作进展情况 汇报,4) 国际学术会议介绍,5)实验室今后工作讨论。 一.实验室主任麻生明研究员汇报了实验室一年来的工作 麻生明主任首先欢迎并感谢各位领导和专家的到会,并感谢大家在过去一年中 对我们实验室工作的大力指导和支持。 然后他首先介绍了 2004 年评估完换届后实验 室新的领导班子和学术委员的情况,接着汇报了实验室一年来的工作,包括实验室 一年来在项目申请及执行、研究工作及其水平、论文发表情况、国际任职、科研梯 队建设和人才培养、主办学术会议、课题管理、设备和发展思路等九个方面的工作。 主要对实验室一年来的重要科研进展作了较为详尽的报告。 二.专家学术报告和交流 会上由中国科学院长春应化所李悦生研究员和北京大学王剑波教授分别作了题 为“非茂过渡金属配合物催化烯烃聚合反应”和“卡宾化学的成就与挑战”两个精 彩的学术报告,与会代表对每一个报告都进行了充分的讨论和交流。 三. 课题组工作进展汇报和讨论 这次会上共有六个课题组进行科研工作进展汇报,分别由上海有机所丁奎岭 研究员(不对称催化研究的一些新方法:从“组合”到“组装”)、复旦大学金国新 教授(有机金属碳硼烷化学以及有机金属大环化合物)、中山大学苏成勇教授 ( Coordination Molecular Architecture---Metalated Container Molecules and Supramolecular Isomerism)、北京大学施章杰教授(金催化高选择性氧化研究)、复旦 大学吴劼教授(芳基磺酸酯的偶联反应研究)和上海有机所李玉学副研究员(计算化学 5 在金属有机中的应用)到会汇报交流工作。委员们认真听取了他们的进展情况和今后 工作设想,并就研究工作中的问题提出了中肯的意见和建议,进行了广泛的学术交 流。 四.国际学术会议介绍和讨论 本次会上共介绍了三个国际会议的内容: 1、 上海有机所的丁奎岭研究员介绍了今年 7 月在瑞士日内瓦召开的 2005 年 OMCOS 13 会议的情况, 重点介绍了 23 个大会报告和 1 个大会获奖报告,这次的 OMCOS 13 Award 是由我室的麻生明研究员获得的。 2、上海有机所的刘元红研究员介绍 2005 年 10 月在北京召开的中日双边会议和 11 月在苏州召开的中法双边会议的情况, 重点介绍了和金属有机化学相关的一些大会 报告。 通过这些介绍和讨论,使到会代表及时了解国际上金属有机化学研究的热点和 掌握目前文献还来不及报道的热门学科前沿资料,对拓宽工作思路起到了一定的作 用。 五.今后工作讨论 会上委员们就事先酝酿的三个议题: 议题一:学术方向 1、金属有机化学学科自身的发展与创新 2、金属有机化学与有机合成、材料科学及环境科学的关系 议题二:队伍建设 议题三:体制机制 进行了充分的讨论,大家一致认为作为一个国家重点实验室,一定要坚持基础 研究,尤其是坚持一些有特色的基础研究,应用研究也应要求从源头上创新。实验
