报告一:植物干细胞命运调控的氧化还原信号 Redox regulation of plant stem cell fate 摘要:尽管干细胞在植物和动物的发展中都具有重要的意义,但在这 两者中,干细胞维持的共同机制了解的却很少。过氧化氢(H2O2) 作为信号分子在启动干细胞分化中的重要性已经在动物身上得到广 泛的研究,但在植物干细胞的调控中的作用仍然不清楚,这个报告将 向我们揭露不同形式的活性氧(ROS)在植物干细胞维持和分化中所 起到不同的作用,以及 O2-和 H2O2 之间的平衡对于干细胞维持和分 化是至关重要的,并且证明了 O2-在动物和植物干细胞调控过程中 的作用是非常保守的。 Despite the importance of stem cells in plant and animal development, the common mechanisms of stem cell maintenance in both systems are remained elusive. Though the importance of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) signaling in priming stem cell differentiation has been extensively studied in animals, the role of plant stem cell regulation remains unclear. In this talk will show that different forms of reactive oxygen species (ROS) have different roles in plant stem cell regulation, and the balance between O2and H2O2 is key to stem cell maintenance and differentiation, also suggest the functions of O2- in stem cell regulation are highly conserved across the plant and animal kingdoms. 报告人简介:赵忠教授,博士生导师,目前任职于中国科学技术大学 生命科学学院,在 2011 年入选中科院“百人计划”。他于 1991 年和 1994 年分别在兰州大学生物系获得理学学士和硕士学位。2003 年毕业于 复旦大学生化系,获理学博士学位。2003-2005 年赴法国国家科研中 心(CNRS )植物分子生物学研究所(IBMP )从事博士后研究。 2006-2009 年,在德国马普(Max Planck)发育生物研究所从事博士 后 研 究 。 2009-2011 年 , 在 海 德 堡 大 学 干 细 胞 生 物 学 系 工 作 。 他主要从事植物干细胞和发育生物学研究,研究兴趣包括植物干细胞 niche(微环境)建立和调控的分子机理以及植物干细胞的维持与分 化的分子机制。主要研究成果发表于 Nature, Nature Cell Biology, EMBO Journal ,Development Cell, PNAS 和 Plant Cell 等国际顶级学 术期刊。 Zhong Zhao is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Life Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China .He selected into CAS “Hundred Talents Program” in 2011.He received his BSc in 1991 and MSc in 1994 from Biology Department of Lanzhou University. He received his PhD from Biochemical Department of Fudan University in 2003. He did his postdoctoral research at IMBP of CNRS between 2003 and 2005, and at Biological Development Institute of Max Planck between 2006 and 2009. From 2009 to 2011, he worked in Stem Cell Biology Department of Heidelberg University. His research focuses on plant stem cells and developmental biology, mainly interested in the the molecular mechanism of plant stem cell niche (micro-environment) establishment and regulation ,and the maintenance and differentiation of plant stem cells. The main research results were published in top international academic journals such as Nature, Nature Cell Biology, EMBO Journal, Development Cell, PNAS and Plant Cell. 报告二:大豆分子设计育种 Molecular Design Breeding of Soybean 摘要:育种通常分为传统育种、分子标记育种和分子设计育种三个阶 段,而国内大部分的研究停留在分子标记育种研究阶段,多数品种仍 通过传统育种手段获得。分子标记育种只是对于控制农艺性状的少数 基因进行标记选择,而分子设计育种是利用计算机模拟系统,按照人 类的想法,对种子进行全方位的设计。本报告将结合大豆分子设计育 种团队的研究成果,介绍大豆分子设计育种的思路及研究现状等。 Generally, breeding can divide into three stages—traditional breeding, marker-assisted breeding and molecular design breeding. Most of the research about soybean breeding in China are remained at the marker-assisted breeding stage, and new breeds are mainly gained from the traditional breeding technology. Marker-assisted breeding only choose few genes controlling the main agronomic traits to breed, but molecular design breeding can utilize the genotype-phenotype breeding models at system biology level to design breeding according to the assumption. This talk will combine the results of the teams about the soybean molecular design breeding to introduce the idea and current situation of molecular design breeding . 报告人简介:冯献忠,中科院东北地理与农业生态研究所研究员,博 士生导师。他于 1991 年在兰州大学获理学学士学位,于 1996 年在西 北农业大学生物化学专业获理学硕士学位。在 2002 年,于中国科学 院植物生理生态研究所遗传学专业获理学博士学位。2003-2006 年, 在爱丁堡大学从事植物数量遗传学的博士后研究;2006-2007 年,在 英国 John Innes Centre 任 Project Scientist,从事植物系统生物学的研 究。2007-2012 年,在山东师范大学工作,聘为泰山学者特聘教授。2013 年至今,在中科院东北地理与农业生态研究所工作,现为中科院大豆 分子设计育种重点实验室主任。他主要从事大豆功能基因组学的研究 以及大豆的分子设计育种。 Xianzhong Feng is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his BSc in 1991 at Lanzhou University, and his MSc in 1996 from Biochemical Department of Northwest A&F University. He received his PhD in 2002 at Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology, SIBS, CAS. He did his postdoctoral research about plant quantitative genetics at the University of Edinburgh between 2003 and 2006.From 2006 to 2007, he worked as Project Scientist in John Innes Centre , did the research about plant systems biology. He worked in Shandong Normal University between 2007 and 2012.From 2013, he worked at Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and he is the director of the Key Laboratory of Soybean Molecular Design Breeding. His research focuses on soybean functional genomics and molecular design breeding. 报告三:植物转录的表观遗传调控 Epigenetic Regulation of plant transcription 摘要:植物转录除受到转录因子调控外,还受到表观遗传调控,包括 DNA 甲基化,组蛋白修饰,小 RNA 调控,染色质重塑等等。本次报 告在介绍表观遗传调控机制的同时,重点介绍小 RNA 与 DNA 甲基 化及组蛋白修饰在调控植物转录之间的关系,论述表观遗传机制在调 控植物转录上的复杂性。 Except for transcriptional factor, plant transcription is also regulated by epigenetics, including DNA methylation, histone modification, small RNA regulation, chromatin remodeling,et al. In this talk, I will show the mechanisms of epigenetic regulation of plant transcription, also, I will review the relationship between small RNA, DNA methylation and histone modification. Emphasize the complexity of plant transcriptional regulation. 报告人简介:董志诚教授,广州大学生命科学学院,博士生导师。他 于 1996 年在上海交通大学获得学士学位,2003 年在中国科学院植物 生理生态研究所获理学博士学位。2004-2008 年,在美国宾夕法尼亚 州立大学 Nina Fedoroff 实验室从事博士后研究;2008 -2011 年,在美 国布朗大学 Judith Bender 实验室从事博士后研究。2012-2017 年,在 中国科学院华南植物园工作。他主要从事植物基因表达遗传调控及豆 科 植 物 发 育 的 研 究 , 其 研 究 成 果 发 表 于 Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, PLoS Genetics, Nuleic Acid Research, Molecular Plant, Plant Physiology, EMBO J 等国际权威期刊。 Zhicheng Dong is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Life Sciences, Guangzhou University. He received his BSc in 1996 at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and received his PhD in 2003 at Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology, SIBS, CAS. He did his postdoctoral research in Nina Fedoroff’s lab at the Pennsylvania State University between 2004 and 2008, and in Judith Bender’s lab at Brown University between 2008 and 2011.From 2012 to 2017, he worked at South China Botanical Garden, CAS. His research focuses on the regulation of the plant gene expression and the development of legume plants. His study has published in Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, PLoS Genetics, Nuleic Acid Research, Molecular Plant, Plant Physiology, EMBO J .
