Sandoval 副研究员 不对称合成 李玉学副研究员 金属有机计算化学 段伟良副研究员 不对称催化 发展学科方向 需求计划人数 金属催化的小分子活化 1 金属络合物及反应化学 1 后过渡金属有机化学 1 前过渡金属有机化学 1 主族元素金属有机化学 1 金属有机计算化学 1 1 2010 年重大记事 一、实验室开放课题和自主课题 按照国家科技部最新要求和规定,2010 年实验室面向所外单位设立的开放 基金项目有 4 项,资助总额 86.7 万元。2010 年实验室资助课题共计资助 839.3 万元,包括自由探索课题 14 项,资助 262 万元;团队重点课题 5 项,资助 577.3 万元。 二、“基于炔烃和联烯的偶联和环化反应研究”项目获上海市自然科 学一等奖 碳-碳双键和三键在有机化学中占有重要地位,炔烃和联烯由于多重不饱和键 的存在,反应比烯烃更为复杂,关于它们的合成方法及其化学反应性质的研究是 国内外关注的热点。金属有机化学国家重点实验室麻生明课题组对基于炔烃和联 烯的偶联和环化反应进行了系统探索,详细研究了反应的化学、区域、立体选择 性控制因素,发展了一些联烯、炔烃及环状化合物的高选择性高效合成方法。主 要成果和发现点包括: 1、通过立体、电子及配体效应实现了联烯或炔烃的高选择性合成调控,解 决了这些偶联反应理论上长期存在的生成两种同分异构体产物的问题;发现了 1, 3-锂迁移反应,并实现了其对联烯或炔烃产物的选择性调控,被认为是这方面 工作的基础。 2、发展了原子经济性高立体选择性的一步合成甾体类化合物和具有广泛的 生理活性 β-内酯/内酰胺类化合物的新方法,这是目前最简洁的方法;实现了带 亲核性基团的联烯与 2-炔酸酯、丙炔醇碳酸酯、2, 3-联烯醇或简单联烯偶联环 化生成具有广泛生理活性的丁烯酸内酯类化合物,同时发展了一般方法难以合成 的八元环的合成反应, 被认为是一个通用的反应。 3、发展了钯催化的联烯及其衍生物和硼酸的偶联反应,为多取代烯烃的立 体选择性合成提供了新方法;较早建立利用 ESI-MS 方法捕获反应过程中产生的 活性中间体的方法,这些中间体的分离由于他们活性太高、在反应体系中的寿命 短而难以实现,以此阐明了钯催化的联烯与硼试剂加成反应的机理,这一方法目 2 前被广泛应用于机理研究。 此成果共发表论文 64 篇(SCI 61 篇,SCI-E 63 篇),总影响因子 316.228, 其中影响因子>5 的有 19 篇,包括 J. Am. Chem. Soc. 5 篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 9 篇,Chem. Eur. J. 5 篇;撰写英文专著章节 2 章,中文专著 1 部和章节 1 章; 论著被他引 878 次,单篇他引最高 220 次,平均每篇他引 12.9 次;多篇论文被 选为 Hot Paper 或被国际刊物专题评论、被 Highlights 栏目摘录,有 11 篇文献的 工作中称此工作为 Leading reference,34 篇文献中对此成果发展的反应效率及意 义进行了较高层次或较大幅度的评述;获授权专利 6 项;ESI-MS 方法在追踪反 应中间体的应用研究为这一分析手段的普及及应用奠定了重要基础,钯催化的联 烯与硼试剂加成反应被应用于实现 Enokipodins A 和 B 的全合成,国外同行在一 些工作中用了此成果发展的方法来合成所需化合物;在 IUPAC 在内的国际会议 上作邀请报告 10 次,并在 Pure & Appl. Chem.发表 IUPAC 系列会议大会邀请报 告内容 3 篇,在双边会议上做邀请报告 3 次,麻生明 5 次担任国际会议或双边会 议的会议执行主席;培养 15 名博士、2 名博士后,其中 1 人获全国百篇优秀博 士论文、1 人获中科院院长奖学金特别奖、3 人获中科院院长奖学金优秀奖。 本项目的工作丰富了炔烃及联烯化学,一定程度上推动了有机化学的发展, 项目成果处于国际领先水平。项目部分研究内容曾获 2004 年的 Mr. & Mrs. Sun Chan Memorial Award in Organic Chemistry 和 2005 年的 IUPAC-OMCOS 奖。 三、“超高分子量聚乙烯”项目成功签约 超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)具有优异的抗冲击、耐磨损、自润滑、耐化 学腐蚀、不易粘附、低温柔性等性能,如 UHMWPE 机械性能高于一般的高密 度聚乙烯,耐冲击性和耐磨损性是目前所有塑料中最好的,其耐磨性超过碳钢, 低温性好,可以在零下 269°C 使用。 金属有机化学国家重点实验室的唐勇课题组在单中心 Ziegle-Natta 催化剂的 研究方面取得了突破性的进展,开发了新型易加工高性能超高分子量聚乙烯的催 化剂技术,并成功转让,实现了 UHMWPE 树脂的工业化生产。 四、组织召开第四届均相催化论坛暨第一届中国-加拿大催化双边会 3 议、第一届烯烃配位聚合与高性能聚烯烃产学研研讨会等学术会议 实验室今年参与举办了第四届均相催化论坛暨第一届中国-加拿大催化双边 会议、“长江论坛 2010”学术研讨会、第十六届全国金属有机化学学术讨论会以 及第一届烯烃配位聚合与高性能聚烯烃产学研研讨会等学术会议。 第四届均相催化论坛暨第一届中国-加拿大催化双边会议: 在中加双方国家自然科学基金委员会和上海有机所资助下,由金属有机化学 国 家 重 点 实 验 室 麻 生 明 院 士 发 起 组 织 的 The 4th International Forum on Homogeneous Catalysis and The First China-Canada Bilateral Symposium on Catalysis 于 2010 年 10 月 7 日~11 日在云南昆明召开,会议邀请到了 21 名科学 家分别作 30 分钟的学术报告,并安排了 5 分钟的讨论。其中中方代表分别是中 国科学院上海有机化学研究所的唐勇、侯雪龙和游书力研究员,北京大学的席振 峰教授和焦宁教授,武汉大学的雷爱文教授、四川大学的陈迎春教授以及清华大 学的席婵娟教授;加拿大方面代表分别是 York University 的 Michael G. Organ 教 授 , University of Toronto 的 Andrei K. Yudin 教 授 、 Mark Lautens 教 授 和 Vy Maria Dong 教授,McGill University 的 Bruce A. Arndtsen 教授和 Chao-Jun Li 教 授,University of British Columbia 的 Jennifer A. Love 教授和 Laurel L. Schafer 教 授,Universite Laval 的 Jean-Francois Paquin 教授,Universite de Montreal 的 Andre B. Charette 教授;还有德国 Universitat Heidelberg 的 Lutz H. Gade 教授,Dortmund University of Technology 的 Norbert Krause 教授以及日本 Nagoya University 的 Kazuaki Ishihara 教授。 “长江论坛 2010”学术研讨会: 2010 年 8 月 20 日至 22 日,由中国科学院上海有机化学研究所金属有机化 学国家重点实验室和四川大学化学学院共同发起的“长江论坛 2010”学术研讨会, 在四川峨眉山大酒店隆重召开。国家自然科学基金委化学部的梁文平、陈拥军副 主任和有机化学处的杜灿屏处长应邀参加了会议并作重要讲话,参加会议的有中 科院上海有机所丁奎岭所长、唐勇副所长及金属有机化学国家重点实验室的学术 带头人和研究骨干等 12 人,四川大学有机化学领域的胡常伟、冯小明、秦勇、 4 余孝其、游劲松、陈应春等 16 位教授,以及中科院成都生物所的孙健、唐卓、 罗应刚 3 位研究员。 四川大学化学学院院长胡常伟教授在开幕式上致欢迎辞并简要介绍了四川 大学化学及有机化学近几年来学科建设、人才培养、科学研究等方面的情况。基 金委化学部常务副主任梁文平研究员对会议的召开表示了充分的肯定,他希望以 上海有机化学研究所“化学键活化与可控性重组研究” 国家自然科学基金委创新 研究群体和四川大学“高选择性有机合成新反应与新策略”国家自然科学基金委创 新研究群体为主体主办的论坛越办越好,积极推动我国有机化学学科的可持续发 展。 本次会议针对手性科学技术、合成化学和手性药物等前沿领域作了精彩演讲 和讨论。唐勇研究员、冯小明教授就论坛的组织工作、论坛章程(讨论稿)等做 了说明,并请教授们进一步完善。梁文平常务副主任又给大家通报了相关的信息, 陈拥军副主任对会议进行了简短的总结,并提出了新的希望。会议取得了圆满的 成功。 本次论坛对促进各参加单位在人才培养、科学研究的相互合作和促进学科 发展具有很重要的意义。 第十六届全国金属有机化学学术讨论会: 2010 年 10 月 22 至 25 日,为期三天的第十六届全国金属有机化学学术讨论 会在浙江温州隆重召开。 全国金属有机化学研究工作者 600 余人参加了此次会议。 此次会议由中国化学会主办,温州大学和中国科学院上海有机化学研究所金 属有机化学国家重点实验室共同承办。国家自然科学基金委化学部常务副主任梁 文平以及有机化学处处长杜灿屏等出席了会议。会议专家包括宋礼成院士、吴养 洁院士、麻生明院士等著名学者 40 余人。 本届会议共设 6 个大会报告,3 个“黄宪院士纪念专场报告”,2 个“黄耀曾金 属有机奖获奖报告”,22 个邀请报告和 26 个口头报告。美国 Scripps 研究所的 Jin-Quan Yu 教授,香港大学支志明院士,台湾清华大学郑建鸿教授等分别做了 精彩的大会报告。 5 会议期间,与会代表交流了最新研究成果、展望了学科未来发展趋势。在金 属络合物的合成和反应性能、导向有机合成的金属有机化学、不对称金属催化、 新型金属有机试剂的合成与反应等研究方向展开了热烈的讨论。 第一届烯烃配位聚合与高性能聚烯烃产学研研讨会: 2010 年 10 月 29 日至 31 日,由中国科学院上海有机化学研究所金属有机化 学国家重点实验室和华东理工大学化学工程联合国家重点实验室共同承办的“第 一届烯烃配位聚合与高性能聚烯烃产学研研讨会”,在上海有机所成功召开。 上海有机所唐勇副所长主持了开幕式,丁奎岭所长在开幕式上致欢迎辞。他 首先代表上海有机所对前来参加会议的各位专家、代表表示热烈欢迎,对大会的 顺利召开表示热烈祝贺。丁奎岭所长向各位专家简要介绍了上海有机所近几年来 在聚烯烃学科建设、科学研究等方面的情况。他表示,在基金委和有关部门的领 导下,这样的学术研讨会对加强我国聚烯烃产业界和学术界的技术对接和合作具 有积极的推动和促进作用。 国家自然科学基金委化学部的董建华处长应邀参加了会议并作了精彩报告。 中科院长春应化所、中科院化学所、浙江大学、吉林大学、复旦大学、中山大学、 华东理工大学、上海有机所、北京化工研究院、中石化扬子石化研究院、中石化 齐鲁分公司研究院、中石油化工研究院大庆化工研究中心、中国石油化工股份有 限股份公司中石油兰州化工研究中心、中石化燕山石化等 22 位学术界和产业界 专家代表出席了本次会议。出席此次会议的还有戴立信院士等有机所的科学家, 以及众多有机所的研究生。 此次会议针对烯烃配位聚合与高性能聚烯烃的基础研究、产业应用等领域进 行了广泛的研讨与交流,对促进我国聚烯烃领域的产学研交流与合作,实现聚烯 烃核心技术的自主创新具有积极的意义。 五. 实验室承担的科研项目运行正常 今年实验室主持的国家和省部委的重大重点项目有:(1)科技部 973 项目 1 项,重大新药创制专项项目 1 项; (2)国家基金委创新群体项目 1 项、重点项目 3 项;(3)中科院知识创新方向性重大项目 2 项;(4)上海市资助项目 7 项,其中人 才计划 3 项。作为课题骨干参加的国家和省部委的重大重点项目有:(1)973 项目 6 3 项;(3)中科院知识创新方向性重大项目 1 项;(2)国家基金委重点项目 2 项;另 外实验室还承担了(1)国家基金委其他项目 18 项;(2)其他省部委及中科院项目 6 项。 实验室 2010 年共发表了 221 篇论文(含客座人员发表论文),其中 J. Am. Chem. Soc. 12 篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 12 篇。其中金属室固定成员发表了 102 篇论文,包括 Chem. Rev.1 篇,Acc. Chem. Res. 1 篇,J. Am. Chem. Soc. 7 篇, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 7 篇,Chem. Eur. J. 9 篇,Adv. Synth. Catal. 2 篇,Chem. Commun. 2 篇,Org. Lett. 13 篇,J. Org.
