金属有机化学国家重点实验室2001年年度进展报告.doc
2OO1 年重大记事 一.正式升级为国家重点实验室 根据科技部<<关于批准金属有机化学开放实验室、高分子物理联合开放实验室升级建 设国家重点实验室的通知>>,征得科技部同意,科学院于 2001 年 4 月 16 日组织专家对实 验室一年多来的升级建设工作进行验收。验收专家委员会认真听取了实验室主任的国家重 点实验室的建设总结报告和三个学术报告,参观了实验室,重点检查了建设期间购置的仪 器的运转情况,对实验室建设期间的工作进行了认真的讨论,认为金属有机化学国家重点 实验室按计划完成了建设任务。最后由科技部基础司基地建设处彭以祺处长和验收专家组 组长黄志镗院士共同为金属有机化学国家重点实验室揭牌,宣告金属有机化学国家重点实 验室正式成立。 二.项目资助 继续资助 2000-2001 年的室基金项目 29 个,按照对年青人的年度资助制度,接受年 青学科带头人的申请,并增加了 2 个资助项目,共资助 31 个项目,资助总额 76.6 万元。 三.实验室新的装备 年初我室订购的 300 兆核磁共振仪(DPX300)一台, Weissenberg 面探仪一台, 手套箱 两套都按时到货,完成调试,目前仪器运行正常,为全室的科研人员服务。 四.创新群体的申请 今年 4 月份,我室牵头申请国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体计划,七月底通过国家 基金委化学部的初审和答辩,11 月 26 日接受基金委组织的专家到我所进行实地考核,专 家们和研究群体的学科带头人、研究骨干、主要参加人员、所管理人员等进行面对面的座 谈,了解群体计划参与人员的学术研究状况等。2002 年 2 月得知此研究群体已获得 2001 年度“创新研究群体科学基金”的资助。 1 五. 实验室承担的科研项目运行正常 今年我室麻生明研究员作为首席科学家之一的 973 项目“创造新物质的分子工程学研 究”、麻生明主持的基金委重点项目、基金委优秀实验室重点项目、施敏和丁奎岭主持的 中科院知识创新方向性重大项目、唐勇主持的国家“863”计划等实验室学术带头人共同 承担的项目运行正常,发表了不少高质量的论文,其中全室 I 区论文有 6 篇,部分工作还 受到美国化学会 C § EN News 的专文评论。 六.实验室学委会工作 实验室经常与学术委员保持联系,听取他们对实验室发展的建议,请他们为实 验室出谋划策。实验室在今年每年一次的年度学委会会议上,首次以国家重点实验 室的名义邀请了科技部领导参加,请他们为实验室以国家重点实验室作为起点更好 发展提了不少建设性意见。 七、对外开放 实验室今年除继续出资和课题组共同邀请一些国外学者专家到有机所进行顺访 外,还以实验室名义邀请了美国、德国、瑞士和荷兰的 5 名比较著名的科学家到实 验室进行专门的访问,在作学术报告后,还与所内尤其是实验室内的科学家进行面 对面的工作访谈,使我们科研人员不用出国,就可以了解一些国际学科发展动态。 2 金属有机化学国家重点实验室学术委员会 第一届第一次会议简报 金属有机化学国家重点实验室第一届学术委员会第一次会议于今年 10 月 30 -31 日在浙江杭州金都宾馆召开。十四位委员中除两位因另有会议等原因未能到 会外,共有十二位出席会议,国家科技部基础司基地建设处彭以祺处长、中科院基 础局黄勇副局长、中科院高技术局实验室处邢如云处长和化工处白路娜处长与会指 导。会议由学术委员会主任钱长涛研究员主持。会上彭处长介绍了国家科技部十五 期间实验室的建设规划,使我们更加清楚十五期间我们实验室应在原有基础上如何 发展。然后黄勇副局长在会上介绍了十五期间基础局在化学方面准备支持一批项目 的情况,希望我们实验室努力争取。这次会议的议程是 1) 室主任汇报实验室一年 来的工作情况,2) 专家学术报告和交流,3) 部分课题组工作进展汇报,4) 国际 学术会议介绍,5)今后工作讨论。 一.实验室主任麻生明研究员汇报了实验室室一年来的工作 麻生明主任首先欢迎并感谢各位领导和专家的到会,指出我们实验室今年能正 式升级成为国家重点实验室,离不开大家的指导和支持。我们终于实现了几代人为 之奋斗的梦想,今后应该更加努力,不断发展。会上麻生明研究员汇报了实验室一 年来的工作,重点介绍实验室一年来在实验室建设及仪器装备添置、国家重点实验 室验收、项目申请、成果、人才培养和课题管理等方面的工作。 二.专家学术报告和交流 会上由浙江大学沈之荃院士和上海有机所陆熙炎院士做了两个精彩的学术报 告。沈之荃院士的题为“金属有机与高分子化学”的学术报告,首先提出有机化学 尤其是金属有机化学是高分子化学的基础,高分子化学脱胎于有机化学。然后沈先 生介绍了她课题组在稀土化合物配位催化烯烃聚合、炔烃聚合、开环聚合、环氧丙 烷聚合等方面的工作。陆熙炎院士的题为“二价钯催化的反应研究”的报告中,首 先提出了二价钯催化反应的优点:可以在空气中操作;不需要氧化剂。接着介绍了 他们课题组在二价钯催化反应方面取得的系列研究成果。 3 三. 课题组工作进展汇报和讨论 这次会上共有五个课题组进行工作汇报,分别由上海有机所赵刚研究员(手性 磺酰胺促进酮的不对称还原)、上海有机所麻生明研究员(金属参与的碳-碳键形成 反应研究)、安徽师范大学王绍武教授(镧系金属络合物引发的单电子转移反应)、 北京化学所刘汉范研究员(纳米金属簇催化酮酸酯及二酮的不对称氢化)、南开大学 化学系王佰全教授(桥连双环戊二烯基羰基铁和钌化合物的合成、结构、反应及催 化性能研究)到会汇报。委员们认真听取了他们的进展情况和今后工作设想,并就 研究工作中的问题提出了中肯的意见和建议,进行了广泛的学术交流。 四.国际学术会议介绍和讨论 本次会上共介绍了五个国际会议的内容: 1. 北京大学的席振峰教授介绍了 2001 年 4 月在荷兰阿姆斯特丹召开的第 2 届中荷 双边会议的情况, 此会由荷兰基金委主办,中方 10 人、荷兰方 13 人参加,会上两 国的科学家进行了充分的交流,反应良好,大家准备 2003 年继续召开此会。 2. 上海有机所的麻生明研究员介绍了今年 7 月底 8 月初在日本横滨召开的 18th International Congress of Heterocyclic Chemistry 会议,会议共有 913 人参加,其中日 本人 701 名。整个会议报告中传统杂环合成工作的报告减少,金属有机化学成分增 加。会议报告还涉及自由基、配位键和金属杂环状反应中间体方面的工作。 3. 上海有机所的唐勇研究员介绍了今年 6 月在波兰召开的第 6 届杂原子会议的情 况。此次会议的学术交流重点是:(1)基本杂原子化学;(2)导向有机合成的杂原子 化学;(3)生物有关的杂原子化学;(4)杂原子的超分子化学和配位化学;(5)杂原 子材料。 4. 上海有机所的侯雪龙研究员介绍了今年 7 月在台湾召开的第 11 届 OMCOS 会议, 会上共有 2 个主题报告、5 个大会报告和 19 个邀请报告。侯雪龙介绍了大会的概 况和此次会议的学术交流重点。 4 通过这些介绍和讨论,使到会委员们及时了解国际上金属有机化学研究的热点 和掌握目前文献还来不及报道的热门资料,大家一致认为收益非浅。 五.今后工作讨论 会上委员们对实验室的学术方向、发展方针、研究课题设置和国际学术交流等 方面进行了讨论。对实验室的建设和管理,尤其是所内项目与所外客座项目的管理 提出了很多中肯的建议。 总之,本次学委会会议讨论热烈,交流充分,学术气氛浓厚,与会者都认为收 获较大。最后大家一致认为国家重点实验室来之不易,今后一定要坚持“金属有机 化学”的学术方向,作为学科发展的目标,吸引国内最优秀的人才到实验室来工 作。即坚持基础研究的特点不变,又要多考虑把研究工作与国家现代化建设和国民 经济发展需求相结合。希望金属有机化学国家重点实验室成为一个国际一流的国家 重点实验室,成为我国金属有机化学研究基地,为国家解决重大科学问题,发展金 属有机化学,在世界金属有机化学研究领域占有一定的地位。 5 2000~2001 资助课题一览表 序 号 姓 名 单 位 题 目 2000-01 陆熙炎 上海有机所 二价钯的不对称催化反应 2000-02 钱长涛 上海有机所 单原子桥联芴基环戊二烯基稀土配合物的 合成、结构及催化活性研究 2000-03 麻生明 上海有机所 金属参与的碳-碳键形成反应研究 2000-04 侯雪龙 上海有机所 氮杂环丙烷化合物的去对称化反应及在有 机合成中的应用 2000-05 沈延昌 上海有机所 金属有机参与的高选择性合成方法学研究 2000-06 陈家碧 上海有机所 (杂)烯炔配位的金属卡宾和卡拜络合物及其 在合成中应用 2000-07 邓敏智 上海有机所 手性环丙基硼化物的新反应及其在天然产 物合成中的应用 2000-08 姜 标 上海有机所 手性配体的制备及其在不对称反应中的应用 2000-09 施 敏 上海有机所 膦酰胺类手性配体的设计合成及其在不对称 催化反应中的应用 2000-10 丁奎岭 上海有机所 基于 NOB 衍生物为配体的金属络合物催化的 不对称反应研究 2000-11 唐 勇 上海有机所 可溶性高聚物负载叶立德的合成及其在有机 合成中的应用 2000-12 廖世键 大化所 1、通过金属有机中间体合成纳米尺寸的稀土 金属和稀土氢化物粉末 2、高选择性有机合成反应中双金属催化的协 同效应 2000-13 宋礼成 南开大学 两类单蝶状铁硫络盐的新反应及其在合成多蝶 状簇合物中的应用研究 6 2000-14 黄 宪 -杂原子或金属取代的、-不饱和砜及膦酸 浙江大学 脂的合成及其在立体选择合成反应中的应用 2000-15 沈 琪 苏州大学 稀土和后过渡金属化合物的合成及催化聚合活 性的研究 2000-16 康北笙 中山大学 含咪唑基三角架型氮杂化合物的亲金属性研究 2000-17 沈之荃 浙江大学 钐化合物催化极性单体聚合研究 2000-18 张永敏 浙江大学 稀土金属和过渡金属试剂在有机合成中的应用 2000-19 张良辅 成都有机所 多相不对称催化反应的研究 2000-20 刘汉范 北化所 纳米金属簇催化酮酸酯及二酮的不对称氢化 其对催化反应的影响 2000-21 王积涛 南开大学 金属有机试剂在-氨基酸手性合成中的的应用 2000-22 徐善生 南开大学 单桥及双桥连二环戊二烯基双核过渡金属 化合物的研究 2000-23 周其林 南开大学 螺旋型手性催化剂的设计合成及其应用 性研究 2000-24 曹卫国 上海大学 胂叶立德在高选择性合成中的应用――立体 选择性合成γ-丁内酯及γ-丁内酰胺类化合物 2000-25 周锡庚 复旦大学 炔丙基稀土金属有机物的合成、结构及其反应 2000-26 席振峰 北京大学 过渡金属促进的利用二氧化碳作为碳源的新型 碳-碳键形成反应 2000-27 江焕峰 广化所 过渡金属化合物在超临界二氧化碳介质中的 催化行为研究 2000-28 庞 震 复旦大学 2000-29 张兆国 上海有机所 亚胺及烯胺的氢甲酰化反应 2000-30 赵 上海有机所 Lewis 酸参与的羰基化合物的不对称还原反应研究 2000-31 王绍武 刚 含半活性配位基团的金属有机配合物的合成及 其对催化反应的影响 安徽师大 IVB 族元素双桥茚基金属有机化合物的合成、 有机所 结构及反应性研究 7 二 00 一年论文目录 课题负责人:陆熙炎 课题编号: 2000-01 1.
