无锡商业职业技术学院 留学生公寓管理规定（试行） Administrative Provisions for Overseas Students’ House by WXIC (Trial) 为加强外国留学生安全管理工作，确保留学生在校期间的人身财产安全，根据我院留学 生住宿实际情况，特制定本规定。 These regulations are constituted to strengthen the safe management of the overseas students based on the living reality for overseas students at School of International Education (SIE), Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce (WXIC). 1. 留学生应遵守中国的法律、法规及学校的规章制度和纪律。校内严禁传教及宗教聚 会活动。 1. All of the overseas students must abide by the laws and regulations of People’s Republic of China and the rules and disciplines of WXIC. Missionary activities and religious parties are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the campus. 2. 遵守学校的作息时间，每晚 22:00 点必须回到宿舍就寝，严禁夜不归宿。留学生必 须按照指定房间居住，不得留宿校外人员，未经许可不得私自调换房间。未经他人允许不得 擅自进入他人房间。 2. Please comply with the institute’s study and living schedule. Keep quiet in Overseas Student House (hereafter referred to as “the House”). The house is only provided for foreign students of SIE, WXIC. Anyone who’s not our overseas student may not be allowed to stay overnight. It is strictly required that overseas students return the apartment before 22:00 every night. It is forbidden to stay out of school overnight and change room casually. No one can enter other’s room without permission. 3. 爱护留学生公寓的设施或物品，宿舍内的家具物品不准随意搬出或调换。不得私自 卸下或改装用水、用电设备，如有损失或遗失，应按价赔偿。 3. Please take good care of everything in your room and it is forbidden to change or reset the water or electrical equipment. If you lose or break anything that belongs to your room, you will have to pay for its original value. And all the things in your room will not be permitted to change with other rooms’. 4. 保持公寓环境卫生，保持个人物品的洁净和整齐摆放。 4. Please keep the sanitation of the House and preserve your personal things in the right place. Please maintain the public sanitation consciously. 5. 公寓房间内的日常卫生由外国留学生自己完成，应保持清洁，及时开门、开窗通风。 5. The work of sanitation within the room is usually done by overseas students themselves and please keep the room clean and tidy and air the room regularly. 6. 节约用水、用电，如发现水、电出现故障，要及时报告公寓值班人员。离开房间时 要关闭电灯、电视、电脑等电器。不准私自检修电器开关或自接电源，以防止触电事故。 6. Please save on water and electricity. If anyone finds that there is something wrong with the water or electricity, please tell the operator on duty. Please make sure that all the electrical equipment has been shut down when you are out of your room. It is not allowed to do the power connection or examine and repair the power switch by oneself, just in case of the electric shock accident. 7. 注意防火，酿成火灾者，须赔偿一切损失；严重者，将由司法机关追究其刑事责任。 7. Fire prevention must be paid much attention to. The person who caught a fire accident is required to pay for all the damages. If a serious damage happens, the criminal responsibility will be ascertained through judicial authorities. 8. 宿舍内禁止抽烟、喝酒。 8. Smoking and drinking in dormitory are strictly prohibited. 9. 宿舍内严禁饲养宠物。 9. Feeding pets are strictly prohibited in the House. 10. 宿舍内禁止带入和存放易燃、易爆、有毒和有害物品。 10. It is absolutely not allowed to bring and keep inflammable, explosive, poisonous and harmful things in the House. 11. 妥善保管好个人的财物。外出时要关锁好门窗。外出时保管好随身物品、银行卡、 证件等，谨防丢失。若发生私人财物丢失或被窃，应立即报告学院老师，并向当地公安机关 报告物品失窃经过，以便采取措施迅速查找。 11. Take good care of your personal properties. Make sure to lock the door and shut the windows before going out. Take care of your personal cards, bank cards, cash, passports and other properties in case of loss or been stolen. If you lose anything, you should report the whole case of the incident to the local police and try to make your loss at a minimum. 12. 对无视学校纪律，有破坏公共财产、酗酒、斗殴以及损坏他人财物等不良行为者， 根据情节给予处罚并令其赔偿经济损失，对情节严重者，按我国有关治安条例处理；对违反 学校纪律干扰他人学习生活而屡教不改者、对严重违反公寓管理规定并造成恶劣影响者，将 予以退学处理。 12. Any student, who pays no attention to the school disciplines, and one’s behaviors like destroying public properties or indulging in excessive drinking, fighting with others and damaging others’ properties, will be disposed according to the seriousness of the case. If the case is very serious, the student will be dealt with according to pertinent Public Order Regulations of China. The one, who violates the school disciplines, disturbs other students’ study life and refuses to correct one’s errors despite repeated education, and the one who seriously violates one of these administrative provisions and causes serious consequences will be claimed to leave school.
